When I click on the 'Update' button in my 'DataTalk Explorer' software, I do not see the 'Download Data and/or License' dialogue box.
WITH EFFECT FROM 1ST OCTOBER 2011
We are currently moving our delivery platform away from the old 'download to your computer' software to a new 'online delivery' software which will operate through 'User Name and Pasword' access protocols direct to our web server from any computer.
Whilst this will not invalidate your current updates and licences, the old updates delivery system has now gone 'off-line' and further updates to that system are no longer available.
We will shortly be in touch with all clients operating on the 'DataTalk Explorer' software to provide them with the access codes to the new system. Each client will then continue to have access to the same data updates as they have already licenced, for the unexpired portion of their licence term.
